Job Role: Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones. E-Commerce Process. Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally. Rotational Shift.
Process : E-commerce
Any Female employee shift will be from 7am -7PM
All the male employees should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Good technical knowledge. Flexible to work in shifts.
Must have done Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate.
Freshers and Experienced both are eligible.
Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts.
